Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless round or sirloin steak, cut into strips or chunks
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. beef broth
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips or chucks
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips or 1 can bean sprouts, do not drain
- 3 to 6 tbsp. soy sauce (depending on your taste)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 c. minute rice
Directions

1Put oil in pan, add steak strips.

2Brown.

3When steak is fully browned, add cornstarch to pan.

4Mix until cornstarch has soaked up all juices.

5Add beef broth, green and red pepper strips, bean sprouts, soy sauce and pepper.

6Bring to a boil.

7When boiling, add minute rice.

8Remove from heat and cover pan.

9Let stand 5 minutes or until rice is fully cooked.

10Serve.
