  • 6 oz. shell macaroni, cook, drain and rinse
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can (soup can) milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • garlic salt to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • 6 slices smoked beef, cubed
