  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 chopped dried fruit of your choice
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup, agave or honey
  • 1/2 cup natural nut butter or sunflower butter
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • For even more protein try 1/2 to 1 cup
  • Protein powder.
