Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shell macaroni
  • 6 ounces colby-monterey jack cheese, chopped in to small cubes
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chopped sweet gherkin
  • 3 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 thin slice red onion, chopped finely
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle juice
  • 3 hardboiled egg, chopped
  • 3 dashes paprika

Directions

    Boil shells as directed on box, then drain and rinse in cold water.

    In a seperate bowl, add shells to all other ingredients and mix well.
