Ingredients: 1 1/4 lb ground beef or venison; 1 can corn; 1 can cream corn; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix; 1 tbsp lemon pepper; 1 tbsp garlic salt; 1/2 tbsp chili powder; 2 envelope instant potatoes. .. homemade preferred but for tonight....instant

Pre heat oven to 350

Brown meat and drain grease

Make instant taters ....or real mashed potatoes

In a casserole dish..Season meat and add beefy onion soup mix,corn and cream of mushroom soup and mix it up real good.

Cover with mashed taters

Cook uncovered for 20 minutes

Top with chives and cheese and cook til cheese is melted
