  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Mix hamburger, onion, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/3 of the soup.

    Put in pie pan; cook 25 minutes at 350° and drain off fat. Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture; over potatoes, spread remainder of soup and 1/2 cup cheese and cook 10 minutes more.
