  • 1/2 stick oleo or butter
  • 2 to 4 slices American cheese
  • 1 pkg. cheese mix (out of Kraft macaroni and cheese box)
  • 2 small onions
  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 1 can whole drained corn

    Peel and quarter potatoes; put on to boil.

    Brown ground beef; cook onions, if desired.

    Drain and put beef in bottom of casserole dish (1 1/2-quart to 2 1/2-quart size).
