  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 to 3 carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. frozen peas
  • 3 Tbsp. canned tomato sauce
  • 2 to 3 lb. potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • butter
  • milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
