- 2 lb. ground beef
- 8 potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown and drain ground beef and place in a casserole dish. While meat is browning, boil peeled sliced potatoes with butter and salt.

2Drain and mash.

3To mash potatoes, add sour cream, salt and pepper.

4Blend in milk.

5Spoon potatoes over beef and cover with cheese.

6Bake in preheated oven at 350° until cheese begins to bubble.

7Remove, cool and serve.
