  • 1 (10 count) can biscuits
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 small pkg. instant potatoes, prepared
  • 1/2 lb. shredded cheese

Directions

    Press biscuits into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Brown ground beef; drain and spread over biscuits.

    Saute onion and spread over beef.

    Drain corn and spread over onion.

    Spread potatoes over corn.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Cook at 450° until biscuits are done and cheese melted.
