  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can vegetable soup
  • 1/8 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 servings instant mashed potatoes

Directions

    Brown beef and onion in skillet until beef is done. Drain. Stir in soup, thyme and salt. Cook a few more minutes.

    Mix potatoes according to package directions or mash your own. Pour beef mixture into small casserole dish.

    Spread potatoes on top. Bake at 425° for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
