- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small can vegetable soup
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 servings instant mashed potatoes
Directions

1Brown beef and onion in skillet until beef is done. Drain. Stir in soup, thyme and salt. Cook a few more minutes.

2Mix potatoes according to package directions or mash your own. Pour beef mixture into small casserole dish.

3Spread potatoes on top. Bake at 425° for about 25 minutes or until potatoes are brown.
