  • 6 c. instant mashed potato mix
  • 1 pkg. ground meat
  • 2 c. vegetables (1 c. peas and 1 c. corn is good)
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Brown burger in skillet; mix potatoes using directions on box. Cook veggies.

    Layer ingredients in casserole dish, starting with 1/2 the potatoes, then burger.

    Drain juice from veggies.

    Add butter until melted.

    Combine over burger.

    Top with last of potatoes.

    Delicious with shredded Cheddar cheese on top.

    Bake at 375° until cheese is melted and bubbles.
