- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (17 oz.) can corn
- 6 large potatoes, mashed
- 2 (4 oz.) cream cheese
- butter
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute cut up onion in skillet.

2Add ground beef and fry until brown.

3Remove excess grease.

4Add the can of soup and mix.

5Place in a 3 quart casserole dish.

6Then drain water from can of corn. Put corn on top of beef mixture in casserole.

7Add cream cheese, butter salt, pepper and milk to boiled potatoes.

8Put the potatoes on top of the corn in casserole dish.

9Put casserole in oven for 20 to 30 minutes until potatoes start to brown (350° oven).

10Makes 6 servings.
