  • 4 c. leftover roast, cubed
  • 2 c. leftover cooked vegetables or 1 can mixed vegetables
  • 2 1/2 c. gravy
  • 3 c. hot mashed potatoes
  • 1 egg, well beaten

    Heat meat, vegetables and gravy thoroughly.

    Pour into greased casserole.

    Combine potatoes and egg.

    Make a border with potato mix over meat mixture or cover it completely.

    Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
