- 2 c. leftover cooked vegetables or 1 can mixed vegetables
- 2 1/2 c. gravy
- 3 c. hot mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, well beaten
Directions

1Heat meat, vegetables and gravy thoroughly.

2Pour into greased casserole.

3Combine potatoes and egg.

4Make a border with potato mix over meat mixture or cover it completely.

5Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until top is light brown.
