  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/4 cups Onions, Chopped
  • 8 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Cooked Green Beans
  • 2 cups Cooked Corn
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Mashed Potatoes

    Brown ground beef and onions.

    Drain off fat.

    Stir in tomato sauce.

    Mix well.

    Place ground beef mixture in a 2 1/2 quart covered casserole dish.

    Next layer the green beans and the corn.

    Sprinkle the salt and pepper over the vegetables.

    Spread the mashed potatoes over the vegetable layer.

    Make sure they are evenly distributed around the dish.

    Cover and put in a 350 degrees F oven for 30 minutes.
