  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can 15 oz crushed or diced tomatoes
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix OR brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup green beans OR peas and carrot mix
  • 2 medium potatoes... diced into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup minced onion... (1/2 medium onion)
  • 2 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ground thyme
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 can 12 oz beef gravy.... may come in a jar..... can use brown gravy envelopes
  • 2 deep dish pie crust
  • 1 box roll out pie crust (for tops)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 tsp salt
  • 2 stick soft unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 1/4 cup cold water... you may not need the entire 1/4 cup.... add a little at a time
  • 2/3 tsp powdered garlic OR onion
  • 1/4 cup milk
