  • 3 lb. cubed roast beef
  • 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sherry or water
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together in large casserole. Cover and bake at 350° for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.
