  • 3 lb. stewing beef cubes
  • 3 large cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cans mushrooms, drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 full bottle cooking sherry (wine may be substituted)

    Put in a covered baking dish and cook 4 hours at 350°.
