- 3 whole chicken breasts, halved
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sherry
- 4 oz. can button mushrooms, drained
- 1 pkg. McCormick gravy mix
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Lightly season chicken with seasoned salt (remove the skin and bones first).

2Brown in a Dutch oven; add sherry.

3Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

4Remove chicken to a serving dish.

5Measure pan juices and add water to make 1 1/4 cups liquid. Blend liquid and gravy mix in Dutch oven.

6Bring to a boil and simmer uncovered 5 minutes.

7Add mushrooms and blend in sour cream.

8Pour over chicken.
