Sherried Pecans

  • 1 lb. shelled pecans
  • 6 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/4 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp. cream sherry
  • dash of salt

Directions

    Heat pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes at 325°.

    Stir often.

    Heat the sherry, margarine, sugar, nutmeg and salt.

    Pour over pecans and bake 15 minutes at 325°.

    Stir often (every 5 minutes).
  6. 6
    Pour out on foil.
