- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/4 c. white sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. cream sherry
- dash of salt
Directions

1Heat pecans in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 20 minutes at 325°.

2Stir often.

3Heat the sherry, margarine, sugar, nutmeg and salt.

4Pour over pecans and bake 15 minutes at 325°.

5Stir often (every 5 minutes).

6Pour out on foil.
