  • 3 lb. stew beef
  • 2 cans mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix

Directions

    Cut beef into small pieces.

    Place in casserole dish with rest of ingredients and cook, covered, for 3 hours at 350°.

    Serves 8. Serve over noodles or rice.
