  • 1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 (about 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 c. The Christian Brothers cream sherry
  • 3/4 c. oil

Directions

    Combine cake mix, pudding mix and nutmeg in large bowl.

    Add all remaining ingredients.

    Mix at low speed until moistened, then beat at medium speed 3 minutes, or beat by hand 150 strokes per minute!

    Turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake, below oven center, in moderate oven at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests done.

    Remove from oven and let stand in pan 10 to 15 minutes.

    Turn onto wire rack and glass, if desired.
