- 1 (1 lb. 2 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (about 3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 large eggs
- 3/4 c. The Christian Brothers cream sherry
- 3/4 c. oil
Directions

1Combine cake mix, pudding mix and nutmeg in large bowl.

2Add all remaining ingredients.

3Mix at low speed until moistened, then beat at medium speed 3 minutes, or beat by hand 150 strokes per minute!

4Turn batter into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake, below oven center, in moderate oven at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, until cake tests done.

5Remove from oven and let stand in pan 10 to 15 minutes.

6Turn onto wire rack and glass, if desired.
