  • 1 pkg. deluxe yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello or vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. salad oil
  • 3/4 c. sherry (can use water)
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients for 6 minutes with electric mixer. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes.

    Bake 45 minutes if using a Bundt pan.
