  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. Harvey's Bristol Cream sherry
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Combine all ingredients (except pecans) in mixing bowl and beat for 2 minutes.

    Fold in chopped pecans.

    Pour into Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Remove from oven and pour Hot Sherry Glaze over cake.
