  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Mix first six

    ingredients together in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until batter is smooth.

    Pour into an ungreased bundt pan.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until cake tester comes out clean. Let cake cool.

    Remove from pan. Mix milk, powdered sugar and 1/4 tsp. vanilla together to make glaze.

    Pour onto cooled cake and serve.
