  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg

    Beat all ingredients for 5 minutes in large bowl.

    Pour in greased Bundt or tube pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until center springs back when lightly touched.

    Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.

    Dust with powdered sugar.
