- 8 chicken breasts, halved
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sherry
- 1 (8 oz.) container reduced fat sour cream
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Mix all ingredients (except breasts). If you want the mixture thinner, add 1/2 cup milk.

2Put chicken breasts in baking pan.

3Pour mixture over breasts.

4Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
