- 1 frying chicken, cut up
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 c. pickled onions
- 7 Tbsp. cooking sherry
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. oil
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1This sauce will marinate 7 to 10 chicken breasts, so I cut it in half a lot.

2When grilling, be very careful not to overcook. Ten to 15 minutes for chicken tenders is plenty of time.

3I found that when grilling these, the tenders do best.
