  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. sherry
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 pt. whipped cream
  • vanilla wafer crumbs

Directions

    Beat egg yolks with sugar.

    Add sherry.

    Cook in double boiler until thick.

    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

    Add whipped cream.

    Make crust of vanilla wafer crumbs on bottom and top of mixture.

    Freeze slightly, if desired.
