- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1/2 c. honey
- 4 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup snowflake coconut
- 1-1/4 cup almonds, sliced and slivered 3/4 teas. salt (omit if using regular butter 1-1/4 cup pecans
- 2 teas. cinnamon
- 1/2 teas. nutmeg
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 3/4 cup raisins, regular and golden 1/2 cup chopped dates (optional)
Directions

1Combine honey and butter. Melt in microwave. Combine next 7 ingredients; toss with honey and butter. Bake in heavy pan at 275 for about 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes. Place in large bowl and add fruit. Cool and store in airtight container.
