Ingredients
- 2 lb. red meat or pork
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. any oil
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey, molasses or maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. any dry wine
- 1/8 tsp. cloves (optional)
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. any or all: basil, parsley, dill weed, Mrs. Dash
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.

2Stir well. Pour over meat and cover.

3Marinate for 4 to 6 hours or several days (more flavor the longer it sits).
