- seasoned flour
- butter or margarine for cooking
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. sherry
Directions

1Dredge steaks in flour.

2Pan-fry in butter, then add mushrooms with liquid.

3Cook 5 minutes, covered.

4Add lemon juice and sherry and cook an additional 20 minutes or until steaks are very tender.
