  • 1 egg or 2 egg whites or egg substitute equivalent to 1 egg
  • 3 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 c. cream sherry
  • grated almonds or tiny candies
