- 1 pkg. fresh spinach (do not use frozen spinach)
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
Directions

1Cook the spinach in boiling water, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cool it and squeeze the water out of the spinach.

2Mix the rest of the ingredients together.

3Add the spinach to the liquid mixture and marinate it.

4Put it in the refrigerator.

5Serve it cold.
