Ingredients

  • 45 ml cognac
  • 60 ml ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons passion fruit
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar
  • 5 mint leaves
  • ice, to serve

Directions

    Muddle mint in the base of a cocktail shaker with the sugar and lemon juice.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Shake and strain into tall glasses with ice.

    Garnish with mint and/or passionfruit pulp if desired.
