  • 400 grams Pasta (of your choice)
  • 3 cup Shiitake mushroom
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 250 grams Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Spring onion

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to package instructions

    Chop shiitake mushroom, the parsley and the spring onions

    Melt the butter and add he shiitake and the mascarpone.

    Cook it together for about 3 minutes

    Add the soy sauce and cook for another minute
  6. 6
    Add the spring onions and the parsley
  7. 7
    Mix in the pasta and voila!

    Ready to be served :)
