  • 34 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 (225 g) packagekraft dinner macaroni and cheese
  • 1 (540 ml) can stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup frozen green pea
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 12 cup mozzarella cheese, part-skim, shredded

Directions

    Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

    Stir in macaroni, cheese sauce, tomatoes, peas and milk.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium low; cover.

    simmer 12 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

    Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

    Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
