- 2 slices Ham
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream
- 4 Tablespoons Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Chives
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease either 2 egg cups or 2 cups in a muffin tin.

2Place 1 slice of ham in each of the 2 cups. Break eggs into the 2 cups (keep egg inside the ham). Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.

3Remove and drizzle 1 tablespoon of heavy cream over each egg. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of cheese over the cream and top with 1 teaspoon of chopped chives on each egg.

4Return to the oven for 8-10 more minutes depending on how soft you like your yolk. Use a spoon to remove the eggs from the muffin tin.
