  • venison or chicken, about 2 lb.
  • 1 pkg. Zesty Italian salad dressing mix (with oil and vinegar according to pkg.)
  • bell peppers
  • red onions (white onions are not strong enough)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • mushrooms

Directions

    Cut meat in 1 x 1-inch cubes.

    Mix salad dressing according to directions on package, pour over meat that has been placed in a shallow casserole dish.

    Marinate in the refrigerator at least 10 hours.

    Cut up the peppers, onions and mushrooms.

    When placing ingredients on the stick always have a pepper and onion next to the meat.
