- 1 pkg. Zesty Italian salad dressing mix (with oil and vinegar according to pkg.)
- bell peppers
- red onions (white onions are not strong enough)
- cherry tomatoes
- mushrooms
Directions

1Cut meat in 1 x 1-inch cubes.

2Mix salad dressing according to directions on package, pour over meat that has been placed in a shallow casserole dish.

3Marinate in the refrigerator at least 10 hours.

4Cut up the peppers, onions and mushrooms.

5When placing ingredients on the stick always have a pepper and onion next to the meat.

6We start with a pepper, add meat, then onions, tomato, mushroom, pepper, meat, onion and so on.

7Grill 4 minutes on 1 side, turn a 1/4 turn and cook for 4 minutes, continue until the whole shish kebab is cooked.
