- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 14 cup distilled vinegar
- 14 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cucumbers or 1 zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch slices
- 32 button mushrooms
- 32 cherry tomatoes
Directions

1Combine beef, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce in a large zip top bag.

2Press out as much air as possible.

3Refrigerate 1-3 hours.

4Thread meat and vegetables onto 16 skewers.

5Grill over medium heat on all 4 sides, about 6 minutes each side.
