  • 2 lbs stewing beef
  • 12 cup vegetable oil
  • 14 cup distilled vinegar
  • 14 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cucumbers or 1 zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch slices
  • 32 button mushrooms
  • 32 cherry tomatoes

    Combine beef, oil, vinegar, onion, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce in a large zip top bag.

    Press out as much air as possible.

    Refrigerate 1-3 hours.

    Thread meat and vegetables onto 16 skewers.

    Grill over medium heat on all 4 sides, about 6 minutes each side.
