  • 3 cans Shoepeg corn, drained
  • 12 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 or more jalapenos to taste
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • salt to taste

    Melt butter and cream cheese; add flour, milk, salt and jalapenos.

    Heat oven at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
