  • 2 cans Shoepeg corn
  • 1/3 stick butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Melt butter.

    Add corn, salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle flour over top and mix well.

    Add whipping cream.

    Cook until thickened while stirring.

    Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300° about 30 minutes.
