- 2 cans Shoepeg corn
- 1/3 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. whipping cream (not whipped)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Add corn, salt and pepper.

3Sprinkle flour over top and mix well.

4Add whipping cream.

5Cook until thickened while stirring.

6Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 300° about 30 minutes.
