- 32 ounces of frozen white shoepeg corn
- 4 green onions, also use green parts for color (chopped fine)
- mayonnaise (not salad dresing)
- paprika
Directions

1Thaw corn at room temp for 1 hour.

2Add chopped onions.

3Corn may still be slightly frozen.

4Add mayo a heaping tablespoon at a time.

5Stir until you have a coated and creamy consistancy.

6Sprinkle with paprika.

7Refrigerate and remove 30 minutes before serving.

8It will be cool and crisp.
