  • 12 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 c. maple sugar
  • 1 c. hot water
  • whipped cream
  • 1 pie shell

Directions

    Melt butter on low heat and add flour.

    Remove from heat; add syrup and water.

    Put back on stove and boil until thick.

    Cook 5 minutes; mix often.

    Remove from heat.

    Cool before putting into pie shell.
