- 2 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can sliced black olives
- 1 medium size can Las Palmas red chili sauce
- tortilla chips
Directions

1Thicken chili sauce to gravy consistency.

2Spread sauce over bottom of square baking pan.

3Add layer of corn chips to amply cover bottom of pan.

4Drizzle sauce over chips to cover; sprinkle 1/2 cheese mixture.

5Repeat chips, chili and cheese.

6Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

7Can use rest of chili sauce to add at the table, if desired.
