- 2 pieces Greek Yogurt
- 2 pieces Orange
- 8-10 pieces Tamarilho
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Granola
Directions

1Begin by opening the tamarilhos in half and remove the inside for a container.

2Add a tablespoon of brown sugar , stir and leave to macerate about 10 minutes .

3Peel the oranges, break into pieces and add the remaining brown sugar .

4With the blender grind prepared tamarilho . Then go through a strainer and discard the seeds.

5At the bottom of each cup or glass put a layer of sponge cake pieces, sprinkle with two tablespoons of tamarilho sauce , place the yogurt on top, then the orange pieces and end with more tamarilho sauce .

6Lead to cold and , before serving, sprinkle with granola .
