  • 1/4 piece Sponge Cake
  • 2 pieces Greek Yogurt
  • 2 pieces Orange
  • 8-10 pieces Tamarilho
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Granola

    Begin by opening the tamarilhos in half and remove the inside for a container.

    Add a tablespoon of brown sugar , stir and leave to macerate about 10 minutes .

    Peel the oranges, break into pieces and add the remaining brown sugar .

    With the blender grind prepared tamarilho . Then go through a strainer and discard the seeds.

    At the bottom of each cup or glass put a layer of sponge cake pieces, sprinkle with two tablespoons of tamarilho sauce , place the yogurt on top, then the orange pieces and end with more tamarilho sauce .

    Lead to cold and , before serving, sprinkle with granola .
