- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 2 envelopes spaghetti mix
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 (12 oz.) cans spicy V-8 juice
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Cook meat, breaking apart.

2In a large saucepan mix together tomatoes, tomato sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice.

3Bring this mixture to a boil, then add meat and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

4Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with oil and add a layer of the meat sauce into the dish.

5Add a layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella.

6Repeat this until ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce.

7Cover with foil; set baking dish into jelly roll pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

8Remove and let cool for 15 minutes.
