- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 can whole tomatoes (1 lb. 12 oz.)
- 2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cans cocktail vegetable juice (12 oz.)
- 1 carton cottage cheese (12 oz.)
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Add meat and cook, breaking up with wooden spoon.

3Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, sauce mix and vegetable juice.

4Bring to boiling.

5Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
