Short-Cut Spinach Lasagna

- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. lasagna noodles
- 1 c. water
Directions

1In a big bowl, mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt and oregano.

2Place 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Top with one-third of the noodles.

4Cover noodles with half the cheese mixture.

5Repeat.

6Top with remaining noodles.

7Pour remaining sauce over top.

8Sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella.

9Pour water around edges of pan.

10Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

11Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
