  • 1 c. water (use water ribs were cooked in)
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 3 to 4 lb. short ribs
  • 1 onion, chopped

Directions

    Place short ribs in large pan; cover with water and bring to a boil.

    Simmer for about 2 hours.

    Drain off water, saving 1 cup. Mix remaining ingredients; add to meat and simmer for about 1 hour.
